Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
SAP knowledge, Microsoft Excel and power point, AI could be an added advantage
Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Lead TPM, Kaizen, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and maintenance KPIs.
Implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.
Safety, Health & Environment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain safe work practices.
Ensure compliance with VOC, emission control, and waste management requirements.
Lead safety audits and corrective actions.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.
Optimize maintenance costs without affecting reliability.
Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance contracts.
Drive cost reduction projects.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Plan workforce allocation and skill development activities.
Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Project Management
Manage installation, commissioning, and upgrading of paint shop equipment.
Support capacity expansion and automation projects.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and contractors.
Quality Assurance
Ensure equipment performance supports paint quality requirements.
Reduce paint-related defects caused by equipment issues.
Support customer audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Diploma

0-10 Years.
