Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

.Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance (PM, TBM,CBM & Trouble Shooting) of Gear manufacturing machines (Hobbing ,Shaving,Shaping, Hypoid gear cutting , I.D. & O.D. grinding , Gear testing ) with Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi control & drives.
2.Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens), reading of program, modifications.             3. Hands on experience of trouble shooting & fault finding , rectification on all types of Machine Tools.
4.Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS.
5.Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
6.System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT.
7.Work on Experience on TPM& TQM.
8.Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements.
9.Adequate Knowledge of Spare parts management.
10.Capability for handling of manpower.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics

General Experience

2 - 3 years for Graduate Engineer
6 - 8 years for Diploma Engineer
