Lead - Dealer Manpower Training

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Developing the capacity of Dealership Manpower (Sales Consultants, Sales Manager, etc) to operate effectively and improve overall organisation leadership. The role holder is responsible to design, develop the functional capability building strategies related to product, process and selling skills and execution in the field.
  2. Develops content for behavioural/ skill-based training, Product& Process for dealership manpower, based on need analysed.
  3. Designs learning journeys and sales enablement content on product for selling thru digital Platform. Ensuring stickiness and other efficacy Matrices thru Digital Sales Learning and Enablement Platform
  4. Plan monthly training calendar based on the requirements and execution in Dealerships.
  5. Develop LMS system for dealership manpower. Develops interventions to increase usage of digital learning platforms to engage dealership manpower.
  6. Improve dealer throughput by enhancing the Manpower Productivity. Monitoring the poor performing Manpower and improving thru training/ Counselling etc
  7. Enhance customer satisfaction and sales consultant productivity through programs delivered.
  8. Create and monitor adherence to the HR process manual for dealership, covering the entire employee lifecycle.
  9. Develop and define a framework for Talent Management for the talent pool at dealership level and ensure effective implementation.
  10. Develop and monitor the retention strategy and incentive scheme for top performers at dealership.
  11. Design and roll-out of capability building programs for Dealer HR and Dealer Leadership and managerial roles.
  12. Design and roll-out new dealership induction programs.
  13. Design and monitor the framework for measuring engagement at dealerships through pulse survey.
  14. Vendor Management – 
    a) Responsible to recruit and onboard trainers on retainership model
    b) Periodically assess performance of trainers 
    c) Develops functional capability by TTT and makes available standardized content related to product, process and skills through knowledge management portal 
    d) Optimizes training cost and ensure effectiveness of Training.
