Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Sales Analytics:
- Drive the creation, maintenance, and improvement of all sales reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Utilize data analysis to support decision-making processes within the sales organization.
- Work closely with the IT and Data Science teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and data sources.
- Sales Digitalization:
- Lead initiatives to digitalize the sales process, including the implementation of new technologies and tools.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital products.
- Train and support the sales team in using digital tools and platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the business regarding new digital products.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital products from conception through launch and beyond.
Education Qualification
- B.Tech (Comp Science, IT preferable) is mandatory.
- MBA
- Experience in data analysis, and/or digital product management
Critical Experience
experience and understanding of end to end product lifecycle in automotive industry.Adept in financial evaluation and ratios.strategic and analytic experience on business working models.Cross- selling experience
