Manager-Sales Performance & Digitization

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Sales Analytics:
    • Drive the creation, maintenance, and improvement of all sales reports and dashboards.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
    • Utilize data analysis to support decision-making processes within the sales organization.
    • Work closely with the IT and Data Science teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and data sources.
  2. Sales Digitalization:
    • Lead initiatives to digitalize the sales process, including the implementation of new technologies and tools.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital products.
    • Train and support the sales team in using digital tools and platforms.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the business regarding new digital products.
    • Manage the lifecycle of digital products from conception through launch and beyond.

Education Qualification

  • B.Tech (Comp Science, IT preferable) is mandatory.
  • MBA
  • Experience in data analysis, and/or digital product management

Critical Experience

experience and understanding of end to end product lifecycle in automotive industry.Adept in financial evaluation and ratios.strategic and analytic experience on business working models.Cross- selling experience
