Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Service support – Exports:
- Competition analysis and drawing LMM’s individual country policies Warranty , Service & Parts.
- Monitor Distributor Manpower recruitment related to service and parts.
- Extending services support to global distributors with respect to Service training , manuals , special tools export and installation , VOR support , parts export .
- Coordinating with country distributor partner for competitive part and service prices in applicable countries.
- Resolve all customer and distributor related complaints arising from market and assembly units .
- Monitoring assembly process ( as applicable )
- Ensuring training of country distributor and dealer manpower for technical capabilities
- Extending Service/Parts reach to all sales point appointed by Distributors/Business partners .
- Resolve internal and external warranty issues with distributor.
