Senior Manager -Solution Selling & Rural

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The role will drive solution-led institutional and rural sales growth through data-driven rural analytics, district-level performance insights, and application-based CV strategies. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, AFS dealers, VAP teams, and external stakeholders to develop integrated PV and CV solution offerings. The role will also support strategic initiatives including Swachh Bharat-related solutions and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Selling – PV & CV

  • Design and implement end-to-end solution selling approaches for institutional customers across PV and CV portfolios
  • Develop customized offerings combining vehicles, financing, service, uptime solutions, and VAPs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of solution proposals

CV Application-Based Strategy

  • Develop application-led strategies for CV segments such as logistics, construction, municipal services, agriculture, and infrastructure
  • Partner with customers to understand operational pain points and recommend optimized CV solutions
  • Support solution initiatives aligned to Swachh Bharat and other government programs
  • Support key institutional bids and tenders with application insights

Rural Analytics & Strategy

  • Develop and monitor district-wise sales performance dashboards for rural, semi-urban, and institutional markets
  • Analyze district-level data to identify growth pockets, white spaces, and underperforming geographies
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for regional and field teams
  • Support leadership with periodic MIS, forecasts, and performance reviews

Education Qualification

Graduate / Masters

General Experience

10–15 years of experience in the Automobile Industry, with strong exposure to Commercial Vehicles (CV), Passenger Vehicles (PV), and solution selling

Critical Experience

  • Strong knowledge of CV and PV markets, especially rural and institutional segment
  • Proven experience in solution selling and consultative sales
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
