Role Purpose:
The Learning Lead – MLU is responsible for shaping and delivering enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategies across the Mahindra Group. The role builds future-ready leaders, strengthens critical capabilities, and anchors a strong, unified learning culture across businesses
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the group learning and leadership development strategy aligned to Mahindra’s values and business priorities.
• Responsible for driving all GCO related learning initiatives
• Design, govern, and continuously evolve enterprise leadership journeys across career stages and businesses.
• Partner with Group leadership, HR leaders, Talent & Learning leads and academies to diagnose capability needs and deliver scalable learning solutions.
• Ensure high-quality program design, delivery, and learner experience across classroom, digital, action learning, and coaching formats.
• Drive learning innovation through digital platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Establish governance, standards, and impact measurement to ensure learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage learning partners, faculty, and group learning budgets.
Qualifications
• Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or related field
Experience & Skill
• 10 –15 years of experience in enterprise or group-level Learning & Leadership Development.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-business learning initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability with strong project management skills
• High credibility and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Strong comfort with digital learning platforms and data-driven decision making.
