Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Independently handled overall Metallurgical lab activities..
• Knowledge of Surface treatment process And Painting Process..
• Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house, User plant, Field.Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency.
• Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective actions from supplier.
• Proactive audits at supplier end for special process (Heat treatment/plating.Supplier Audits periodically.
• Provide technical support / Guidance for SQA team with respect to metallurgy.
• Certification in Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008 and internal auditor in ISO/TS 16949.
• Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP
