Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Handlining plant level Calibration activities for Gauges, Instruments, Torque wrenches, Tooling and Masters
Developing Inspection check sheets for the calibration activity.
Maintaining monthly calibration plan and ensuring it's adherence in coordination with all the stakeholders
Conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Study
Analysis of Calibration activity and Maintaining MIS.
Ensuring Inspection and checking of Parts on 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine as per plan
Imparting Training to subordinates and Ensuring skill availability to operate and Run 3D CMM
3D Coordinate Measuring Machine  programme preparation and validation
Ensuring system adherence ISO, TS, TPM, OHSAS, SHE, ISO45001 is must
PRN creation for external services and Certification of external agency invoices and timely Payment
Skill development of manpower working in department.
Ensuring Safety of the department

Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. Maintain Audit Documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
Hands - On Experience in MS Office/ Auto CAD
Hands-on experience in SAP/ARIBA
