Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.    Production schedule & Volume adherence
2.    Handling, Skill development & improvement of permanent well as contractual Manpower to run flawless production 
3.    New part development using CNC machines. Machining time calculation, cycle time calculation, OEE calculation & improvement of CNC & conventional machines.
4.    Machine programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rexroth etc. controller) for new product, correction based on CMM reports, modification in program for process improvement /cycle time reduction.
5.    Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduces cost of operations, improves service level, capacity, productivity, reduction of man days, tool cost, rejection & consumables etc.
6.    5S score Improvement and ensure TPM activity on shop floor with safe environment on shop floor
