Dy. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infrastructure for Paint Shop (Mechanical)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role:

To support planning, execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building, utilities, and infrastructure systems for the Paint Shop during Greenfield project implementation and subsequent plant operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

Greenfield phase:

• Planning and execution of Paint Shop building infrastructure; installation and commissioning of HVAC, chilled water, hot water, compressed air, process water, ventilation, fire protection and paint shop utility systems; contractor management; statutory and environmental compliance.

Operations phase:

• Utility operation and maintenance, preventive maintenance, energy optimization, AMC management, HVAC and water treatment system management, KPI monitoring, EHS compliance and expansion support.

Experience

5+ years in industrial utilities, facilities or infrastructure projects. Greenfield project exposure preferred

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEMs, Auto Components, Paint Shop Operations, Heavy Engineering.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
