Dy. Manager - Logistics Engineering

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • 1.Understand & possess good knowledge of different Mfg. process, preferably tractor or auto industry.
  • 2.Shall have basic knowledge of tractor involved in Mfg. like, logistics working on base of parts data - Space working with respective of inventory norms, MHE use in industries
  • 3.PFEP - Place for Every part for each part with end-to-end mapping & packaging sign off with CFT.
  • 4.Evaluate & execute store capacity enhancement & logistic cost saving
  • 5.Workouts optimize project scope, cost & buyoff with internal FD plant customer.
  • 6.Process mapping of internal material movement in plant to optimize movement & cost.
  • 7.EBOM& MBOM management & warehouse mgt.
  • 8.Knowledge & implementation of IT base/ new technologies in logistics -Industries 4.O- WMS, KANBAN, Bar coding system &etc.
  • 9.Domestic & export CKD Packaging knowledge
  • 10.Ensure sustenance & upgradation of existing SCPC logistics live data of all FD plant (MIS- Report)
  • 11.Logistic best practice benchmarking from overall industries & implementation at FD to reduce footprint.
  • 12.Familiar with networks and its usage like MHE, Racking, Mezzanine Floor, full proofing of part complexity during line feeding, kitting, new sequencing technique.
  • 13.Trolley, lifting tackle design & development in project.
  • 14.Familiar with logistic process with sound exposure of execution in projects. Project monitoring in GANTT
  • 15.Deep understanding & project execution experience in logistics facility - Storage & distribution on shop floor with optimization of floor space etc.
  • 16.Understand & process good knowledge of different Mfg. process, preferably tractor or auto industry.
  • 17.Hands-on experience of Auto CAD, Team centre & UG 6 for prepare Plant layout.
  • 18.Shall be result driven & has experience in end-to-end process involved in project delivery
  • 19.Passionate towards new technologies adoption.
  • 20.Ready to deliver projects across FD at different plant locations.
  • 21.Shall good verbal & written communication & presentation skill.
  • 22. Able to operate Microsoft office tools, SAP & application.
  • 23.Budget estimation & monitoring CAPEX/ REVEX
  • 24.Time management, GANTT with respective of project timeline & co - ordination with CFT.

Experience

4 to 8 yrs.

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical / Diploma

General Requirements

Forecasting for incoming project , New Project, Layout, Facility Management, AUTO CAD, Team center , individual ownership taken person, Budget, Logistics planning skills, Packaging knowledge. Complete ECCO system of logistics known, Hard work & SMART works require. Young candidate needed
