Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

•    Procurement of capital & revenue items 
•    Monitoring & Controlling of Spare parts & Inventory cost
•    Sustainability  Projects for resource conservation
•    Providing all  support to fulfill requirements of the Sustainability & maintenance  to achieve organization Goal
•    Monitoring & Controlling CAPEX Project
•    Monitoring & Controlling Daily Maintenance Activity
•    Monitoring & Controlling of Resource Conservation Activities
•    Identification & Implementation of Equipments Health condition Plans
•    Maintaining the system needs of Department
•    Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. (TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, MQW etc.)
•    Design of PM / CM Plan of Equipment
•    Audits:-PM,Safety,1S&2S
•    Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections
•    Analysis of Breakdowns for CAPA and promotion of Safe and Efficient Practices at all levels
•    Validation of Shift Schedule & Manpower Planning
•    Performing all the listed activities of an electrical Safety Officer
•    Project Planning and executions
•    Calling RFQ, Preparing PR & intending material
•    Assigning Right person on Right Place
•    Training needs identification in department
•    Maintaining discipline in Department
•    Organizing subordinate to build up Team spirit
