Manager - Paint Shop Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Maintenance & Execution:

• Manage end-to-end maintenance activities, from enquiry to execution.

• Ensure regular upkeep of key paint shop equipment, including PTCED, ovens, painting booths, rectifiers, VFDs, and electrical panels.

2. Vendor Coordination & Procurement:

• Collaborate with electrical vendors for project execution and verify quotations.

• Handle SAP-based maintenance tasks, including PR/PO processes.

3. Electrical & PLC Systems:

• Plan and execute electrical and PLC-related projects.

• Possess expertise in PLC automation, SCADA, programming, and troubleshooting system errors.

• Perform in-house electrical and PLC modifications, as well as certification of completed jobs.

4.Process Optimization & Cost Reduction:

• Implement new ideas to optimize project execution and reduce costs.

• Focus on reducing repair and maintenance (R&M) expenses for the Paint & Weld Shop.

5.Training & Compliance:

• Train DETs and contractual staff in electrical maintenance and PLC operations.

• Maintain documentation for ISO audits and ensure compliance with standards.
