Sr. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infrastructure for TCF & Aggregates Shop (Electrical)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Purpose of the role:
Lead planning, execution, commissioning and operational readiness of Electrical Infrastructure and Utilities for TCF & Aggregates Shop and ensure uninterrupted electrical support to manufacturing operations post SOP.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution and commissioning of electrical infrastructure and utility systems for TCF & Aggregates Shop during the Greenfield project phase, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget targets and SOP requirements.
- Drive development and installation of HT/LT distribution systems, substations, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, MCCs, PCCs, lighting systems, cable networks and utility power distribution infrastructure required for TCF and Aggregates operations.
- Review electrical layouts, load calculations, single line diagrams (SLDs), technical specifications and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, statutory regulations and future capacity expansion plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Civil, Mechanical and Project teams to ensure electrical infrastructure readiness for assembly lines, testing equipment, conveyors, automation systems, machining facilities and production ramp-up activities.
- Manage consultants, contractors, vendors and service providers to achieve project objectives related to safety, quality, cost and delivery while ensuring adherence to approved engineering standards and execution schedules.
- Monitor project progress, installation quality, budget utilization and execution risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely completion of project milestones and operational readiness.
- Establish preventive maintenance, TPM and reliability improvement systems for electrical assets to ensure uninterrupted utility availability, improved equipment uptime and optimized lifecycle performance post SOP.
- Monitor power consumption, electrical asset performance and utility KPIs, and drive energy conservation, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across TCF & Aggregates facilities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements, statutory regulations, inspections, audits and utility-related approvals throughout project and operational phases.
- Support capacity enhancement, utility augmentation, technology upgradation, infrastructure modernization and future expansion projects in line with business growth requirements.

10-15 Years in relevant field
Industry Preferred
