Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Ensure Receiving & Issuance process is online for all Direct & Indirect Material
2. Ensure online PCN/GR posting in system and timely resolutions of concerns if any.
3. Issuance of material to shop as per requirement with online posting in system.
4. Maintain Inventory Accuracy with Daily shortage monitoring, scheduling of indirect material and ensure material availability as per Min Max level
5. Inventory analysis, non / slow moving material reporting & disposals.
6. Ensure optimized Logistics for inward as well as outward movements, in coordination with MLL / C & F
7. Ensure dispatch activity as per set targets, and publishing relevant reports on daily basis.
8. Maintaining 5S / FIFO / Kanban in stores.
10. Coordinate OTPM activities related to stores / Logistics
11. Coordinate all the activities related to scrap disposal in the plant.
12. Ensure all the statutory & legal compliance with timely submission of relevant documents.
13. Coordinate annual inventory & post inventory process.
15. Ensure IMS / Legal / Satutory compliance.
