Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Expert of Paint Technology and Paint shop Equipment like conveyor, pumps, blowers, burners, Painting robots etc.
  • Abreast of constantly advancing technology
  • Understanding of Paint processes, materials,defects and knowledge of troubleshooting
  • In depth Practitioner of TPM, Quality tools and systems
  • Ability to implement of Best practices in Industry
  • Correlation of manufacturing processes in Plant (Assy, Body, Paint etc) and suppliers with Paint Shop and processes to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs
