Deputy Manager - Maintenance (Vehicle Assembly Line)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Understand basic knowledge about TCF activities like plugging, wiring, part fitment , sealing , cargo-chassis fitment , its related tools , maintenance history and SOP's
• Ability to design and develop new control systems like  advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). 
• Prepare troubleshooting guide for SCADA.
• Ensure that all electronic maintenance processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.  
• Make sure that routine maintenance of equipment and machinery is done on time
• Responsible for diagnosing faults and take help of superiors in case of time-critical repairs. 
• Prepare  preventative or emergency maintenance.
• Responsible for  development  of processes , improving production facilities, and reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns 
• Assist your supervisor in developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and carry out quality inspections on jobs. 
• Monitor and control maintenance costs by controlling maintenance stores. 
• Test, modify and maintain  existing systems by troubleshooting and problem-solving.  
• Organize programs for knowledge sharing on new technology trends.
• Responsible for maintenance of automation equipments with electronics controls. 
• Maintain  automation equipments with electronics controls 

Education Qualification

Full time BE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering

General Experience

6 to 10 years of worke experience in maintenance of vehicle assembly line
