Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Material Procurement and Planning for Casting and Forging parts required in Vehicle and Aggregates viz. Engine, TM, Axle , Foundry.
• Use of IT tools -DBM /LTP/MRP.Supplier Capacity Planning wrt material requirement and timely escalations in case of gaps.
• Inventory Management.
• Change management - EN process.
• Cost Savings - Packaging / Material / Logistics.
• Coordination of Packaging Cost / Logistics Savings for the Department
• Planning & scheduling of the Material from suppliers.
• Planning of raw material of critical supplier  
• Execution of Tasks due to fluctuation in plan 
• Supporting SQA team for on time doing the ICA /PCA on line   
• Supporting The MQA team for supplier related issues  
• Timely support for the spares division to complete the VOR on time. 
• Taking owner ship of common parts with all the plants and Executing Accordingly
