Dy Manager- Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• 1. Utility Management:

     • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems including electricity, water, and HVAC.
     • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and manage utility budgets and expenditures.

  2. Electrical Compliance:

     • Ensure all electrical systems comply with local and national standards and regulations.
     • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
     • Prepare and maintain documentation related to electrical compliance.

  3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

     • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent downtime.
     • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement necessary repairs.
     • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.

  4. Project Management:

     • Lead or participate in projects to upgrade electrical systems and infrastructure.
     • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for project execution.
     • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

  5. Safety and Training:

     • Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
     • Conduct training sessions for the maintenance team on electrical safety and best practices.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:

     • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks, and projects
     • .Prepare and present reports to management on electrical system performance and compliance status.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, utilities management, and regulatory compliance 
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Certification in Electrical Safety Audits.
  • Experience with energy management systems

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
