Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.
• Ensure timely completion of predictive maintenance activities.
• Breakdown Maintenance: Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within targeted downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize production losses
• Improve machine reliability and availability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety regulations
• Monitor critical spare inventory levels.
• Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Optimize spare consumption and maintenance costs.
