Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Role
Typical applications of robots include welding, painting, assembly, disassembly, pick and place for printed circuit boards, packaging and labeling, palletizing, product inspection, Robot Selection, Layout finalization, installation & Programming.
Responsibilities
i. Installation & Commissioning Robotics and Automation projects for various industries and Robotics applications.
ii. Programming & teaching of Robots like ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa, Epson, Kuka etc. for various application.
iii. Program industrial robots and design and develop complete turn-key solutions for customers.
iv.Perform real time simulation of customer application.
vi. Planning on the daily work schedule with the supplier, allotment of the manpower and their daily targets, assign works to the in house.
vii. Work with the design team to understand electrical and mechanical drawings, ensure the control system meets performance, reliability and functionality requirements.
viii. Troubleshooting of the robotic cell, debugging of programs and electric panel during subsystem testing and system integration, at factory and at customer site.
ix. Installation and commissioning of the automation line at factory and at customer site.
x. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects at customers site during installation.
xi. Provide detailed documentation

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Electrical ; Robotics
General Experience
5-8 Years
Critical Experience
- Must have work experience on Fanuc, Kuka, ABB and Yaskawa robots.
- Must have 4-5 yrs experience in robot programming and configuration.
- Must have experience on spot welding, handling, hemming, sealer and ATC application.
- Must have good technical knowledge and communication skills.
