Ensure capacity availability and delivery based on the. CPPC plans for next 3 to 4 four years in terms of. machinery and manpower. Ensure elimination of customer quality issues. Ensure safety of people working in and for Body shop. Take steps toward sustainability initiatives viz,. reduction in FOS. Develop skill sets of officers and motivate them to. take higher responsibilities. Develop strategy for optimum utilization of Body shop. resources to achieve conversion cost targets. Strive to bring in new technologies/improvements in. the shop for achieving business goals. Motivate the teams to develop innovative ideas and . help them in its implementation.
