Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Developing individual and the teams Engineering Capability to Deliver First Time. Rights Parts through Sting Dies for Complex parts like BSO, Fender, Door, Hood and Roof. Delivering CNC Automation Programs to Achieve Die Mfg Targets with Planned Utilisation. Achieving the Cost Targets for Departmental Activities with Continual Improvements in Processes and Systems. Provide simultaneous engineering expertise to TPDS for achieving First Time Right Formability of Parts. Head the Engineering ( CAD/CAM/CAE) activities in the Sting Dies and Tools Shop. Enable the Automotive and FES Business to develop Sting Dies Indigenously with Simultaneous Engineering Work. In house capability Built for Dies for Complex BIW Parts
