End results- To reduce the manufacturing cost. Action-Reduction in tooling consumption cost. Means of achievement-Monitor the tool consumption pattern Reduce the insert. consumption by improving the incoming material machinability Control the damages. Method improvements and implementation of the economical tooling solutions. Action-High customer satisfaction.
