Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Monitoring and tracking Marketing budget, allocation and effective financial management. Cross functional synergy with Mand M personnel and dealers to understand the automotive business environment and identify the enablers which will help dealers enhance their business performance and profitability. Managing working capital through leading financiers for MoM's dealer's/ channel partners Build synergy and winning relationships to help MtoM achieve overall business numbers Managing MtoM working capital to ensure business profitability. Providing innovative and affordable financial solutions to the end customers of MtoM, enable them to buy vehicles through best value deals and offerings Help dealerships of MtoM in liquidating their stock with faster rotation and increase business. Providing innovative and affordable insurance solutions to the end customers of MtoM, enable them to buy vehicles through best value deals and offerings, thereby maximizing customer value and satisfaction Help dealerships of MtoM in generating alternate source of income through insurance schemes. Credit: Managing MtoM debtors with the aim of supporting sales and to ensure 0 defaults and minimum funds blockage. Assessing dealer's' financial and non financial performance and driving dealership profitability To consult and advise on dealership business model that are optimal and maximize economics. Assessing and devising new policies wrt channel finance and dealer business development, in line with business requirements and overall industry land scape Evaluating and keeping financial health of dealer's in control, maintaining dealer equity in business. Capability building for channel finance team, field teams, and dealership teams - upskilling and knowledge sharing related to financial performance and help improve business understand ing and functioning. Explore and develop alternate channel of business sourcing through relationship with financiers and their database. Cross functional synergy with MtoM personnel and dealer's to understand the automotive business environment and identify the enablers which will help dealer's enhance their business performance and profitability. Digital initiatives for better functioning and provide efficient finance solutions to MtoM and it's partners
