AM/DM - Module Production

Process Development: Lead continuous improvement initiatives for module assembly processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and adopting best practices to boost production quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate assembly techniques and streamline workflows within the manufacturing environment.

Technology Integration: Drive the adoption and seamless implementation of advanced technologies including Thermal Management systems and Laser Technology to optimize production capabilities. Oversee the integration process ensuring compatibility with existing systems and maximizing operational effectiveness.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. Implement systematic quality checks and corrective measures, ensuring that all module assemblies meet or exceed established specifications and regulatory requirements.

Production Planning: Manage detailed production schedules to align with business objectives, securing timely material availability and resource allocation. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to prevent bottlenecks and optimize throughput.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across the production floor. Conduct regular training sessions to empower team members with safety awareness and foster a culture of proactive risk management.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of production metrics, quality data, and performance reports. Utilize data analytics to monitor trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
