Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1)  Scrap collection, sorting by type, defacing labels, and disposing of or selling the scrap through authorized vendors with safety precautions.
2) Scrap vendors onbaording and legal agreements formation & create Sales order and invoice with necessary Eway bills for dispatch execution
3) Prepare manpower efficiency report for MDC 
4) Execute adhoc plan made by manager to accomodate operations requirement.
5) Adhere Safety rules and SoP of store department and maintain Audit documents for IATF.
6) supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water sources
7) Operation of waste handling equipment & maintenance and upkeep of that equipment, and of course, its cleanliness too.
8) Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new waste disposal schemes 
9) Ensure compliance with current legislation in the transportation, handling and disposal of waste 
10) Formulate and control budgets for waste disposal 
11) collate statistics and compile reports often to strict deadlines 
12) Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers 
13) Aim to meet waste reduction and recycling targets  
14) Deal with enquiries and complaints from members of the public both in person and by phone or email
15) Investigate and follow up claims of the illegal dumping of waste and work with other waste regulation   enforcement staff 
16) Improvements in order to achieve lean manufacturing.
