Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Maintain yearly plan of accident prevention and maintain yearly accident records.
• Perform Risk analysis & audits by various checklists of Hazop Study, Risk Assessment, safety audit checklist.
• Prepares safety related MIS and keep them updated on a regular basis.
• Perform Workplace safety Inspections. 
• Implement safety policies and identify unsafe practices , acts and conditions to prevent accident and reduce injuries. 
• Provide training to  workmen/officer/contract labours/vendors regarding safety activities.
• Ensure legal compliances related to SOHE are adhered to. Ensure there is no risk to business due to legal issues.
• Organize safety competitions, safety day celebrations &  audits . 
• Liaise with DISH-Joint / Dy. Director and other Consultants regarding safety related issues. 

•Comply with EMS requirements
• Ensure adherance to SPCB requirements
• Ensure legal compliances related to ENV. Protection Act and rlevant regulations are adhered to.  ensure there is no risk to business due to legal issues. 
• Liaise with DISH-Joint / Dy. Director and other Consultants regarding safety related issues. 

 Knowledge of TPM SHE pillar activities and IMS will be the added advantage.
