Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Able to do trouble shooting, Maintenance and programming of Fanuc/Kuka Robots, Siemens PLC and Servo Drives,

HMI, SCADA

2. Able to do trouble shooting of 3rd party device like, Vision System (Keyence/ Cognex), DC nut-runners (Atlas/Bosch),

Bar Code Scanner, RFID, Bar code Printers, Laser marking Machine.

3. Able to do Preventive maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of Chain Conveyors, Bevell Gears, Pneumatics, Servo

Slides, Gantry, geametry alignments.

4. Should have hands on experience in Assembly Line Maintenance of very high-speed assembly lines and Testing Shop.

5. Hands on experience with critical processes like IPG laser welding, Robotics, Servo Press, Sealant dispensing, End of

Line (EOL) Testers.

6. Responsible to maintain uptime of production lines based on given targets

7. Should own Preventive maintenance, TPM, Spares Inventory, Documentation, Mechanical drawings, and Calibration of

process equipment.

8. Should work on improvements projects to upkeep and cater zero losses on account of maintenance.
