Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Management trainee: Service Business/ SALES:

 

  1. Business Strategies:

 

  • Existing customers: Understand the customer's business within their industry and develop strategic roadmaps to increase the SOB (Share of Business).Designing & Executing Market strategy for achieving targeted sales volumes

 

  • New Business / Customer Development: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.

Customer identification and understanding the applications and their needs, pitch & demonstrate the right products and translate the value to the customer of our product and company.

          Responsible for a group of dealers for generating leads & converting the leads into a pipeline of orders

 

2. Execute  strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Plan promotional activities and product launches.

3. Channel Management and Dealership business profitability

4.Monitor performance trends and determine appropriate actions

5.Collaborate with institutions to create tailored sales pitches and develop long-term partnerships.

 

 

Experience

Management graduate. and with prior experience prefered

Industry Preferred

Genset industry 

Qualifications

BE and MBA.

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • Graduate Engineer – Mechanical/ Automobiles/ Electricals.
  • PG bDegree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours

General Requirements

  • Techno-Commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
