Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

>To coordinate with Contract manufacturers to ensure availability of materials at the plant on daily basis.
>To coordinate with Contract manufacturers to ensure availability of manpower at the plant.
>To prepare and monitor weekly production schedule
>To conduct quality and technical checks during Biogas and Organic Fertilizer production


To supervise testing and trials of biogas and organic Fertilizer and ensure quality control


To ensure customer complaints are tracked and issues are resolved timely


To coordinate with Technology team, suppliers, service and RandD for resolution of quality issues


To ensure timely MIS Reports to HO


To ensure QMS and Deming guidelines implementation


Lead and ensure CRE Initiatives


Ensure Legal compliance


Drive and ensure Continual Improvement through CIT/OIT/MYB projects


New Model production actions


Control Raw Material Inventory and variance


To foster Rise Culture in Plant


Ensuring good employee engagement level at Plant


To ensure Plant Maintenance and Housekeeping for Plant


To ensure employee satisfaction and R3 implementation


Responsible for People Development and for identification of Appropriate Training Programmes for the Team

Experience

5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous hands-on experience in Gas or chemical Industry. The candidate should be well conversant with chemical and mechanical technicalities, commercial aspects of business, Gas production and testing, Quality manufacturing capable of managing people effectively and willing to use hands on the factory floor, if required

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

An engineering graduate (Mechanical / Production / Chemical)
