Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Responsibilities:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
Share insights with the sales team to refine approaches and strategies.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation of budgets, forecasts, and sales data.
Operational Support:
Ensure the availability of necessary resources, tools, and materials to the sales teams.
Resolve operational issues and streamline processes for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales management or coordination roles.
Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
