Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  • Plan and coordinate market activation activities on a monthly and quarterly basis, evaluating pipeline strength for future months.
  • Develop secondary networks to enhance coverage and reach.
  • Engage with government bodies, associations, and key customers to stay updated on market projects and developments.
  • Collaborate closely with service, channel development, retail finance, and marketing teams to ensure availability of necessary sales resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and large fleet owners to drive volume growth.
  • Monitor and review dealership performance monthly, setting targets based on pipeline analysis.
  • Ensure accurate capture of prospects and contacts, and timely submission of necessary documentation.
  • Drive machine registration, collection of payment, and receipt submission processes efficiently.
  • Keep abreast of market and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor dealer financial health, claims processing, and receivables management effectively.
  • Conduct training, development, and recruitment of DSEs, providing ongoing support and motivation.
  • Facilitate sales activities by promoting value selling and providing necessary training based on skill levels.

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering

General Experience

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience with an MBA qualification
  • 6-10 years of experience for BE graduates
  • 8-12 years of experience for Diploma holders
