Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Civil at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing civil engineering projects within the Manufacturing Farm Division, ensuring alignment with design specifications and safety protocols. Your duties will include:

• Translating process requirements into comprehensive civil engineering concepts, integrating basic engineering principles to enhance project outcomes.
• Developing precise construction layouts and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Conducting thorough estimates of material quantities, labor, and equipment costs to evaluate project feasibility and optimize resource allocation.
• Leading site coordination efforts and routinely inspecting project progress to confirm compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Maintaining and updating all necessary documentation such as drawings, built measurements, and bill certifications, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
• Applying knowledge of e-auction and bidding processes to facilitate efficient project procurement.
• Ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliances related to hazardous waste management and solid waste disposal, promoting environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to anticipate challenges and implement strategic solutions.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback mechanisms and integrating lessons learned into future projects.

• Familiarity with e-auction and bidding processes, supporting transparent and competitive procurement activities.
• Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through effective team coordination, project monitoring, and issue resolution.
