Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Civil at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing civil engineering projects within the Manufacturing Farm Division, ensuring alignment with design specifications and safety protocols. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliances related to hazardous waste management and solid waste disposal, promoting environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to anticipate challenges and implement strategic solutions.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback mechanisms and integrating lessons learned into future projects.
