Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As an AM/DM Tractor Process Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and quality within the Farm Division. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Automobile Technology. Additionally, having a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be advantageous. A strong educational background in engineering coupled with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry will be essential for this role.
General Experience
- With 3-6 years of experience for B.Tech graduates and 7-10 years of experience for Diploma holders, you should have a proven track record in process knowledge, assembly, testing, and stakeholder management. Your expertise in PQCDSM, employee management, innovation, and communication skills will be vital to succeed in this role.
Critical Experience
- Exceptional skills in quality management systems such as TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 will be highly beneficial. Your experience in total productive maintenance (TPM), continuous improvement, and productivity enhancement will be crucial for driving operational excellence. Demonstrated abilities in process development, customer orientation, and fostering a culture of innovation will set you apart in this dynamic role.
