Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an Officer in the Maintenance department at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Farm Division, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment to support the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of maintenance technicians to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Education Qualification

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, having certifications in ISO 9000 and ISO/IEC 17025 will be advantageous. General Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Machinery Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (MFMEA) will be highly beneficial. A track record of leading successful maintenance projects and improving overall equipment effectiveness is essential for this position.

Critical Experience

In addition to the general experience requirements, critical experience for this role includes:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Proven expertise in CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Experience with ISO TS 16949 quality management standards.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices.
