Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Participating in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance.
• Establishing process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimizing workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups.
• Reviewing existing processes and equipment, recommending and managing process improvement projects.
• Promoting and monitoring process use and effectiveness; ensuring compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices and standards

Critical Experience

Critical experience includes a proven track record in leading machining process optimisation projects that enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Candidates should have successfully established and maintained process workbooks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Expertise in evaluating existing machinery and processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions with measurable impact is essential. Experience in promoting adoption of process improvements at various organisational levels through effective communication and stakeholder engagement is required.

Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management practices must be evident. The ability to apply strategic business orientation to anticipate and leverage new manufacturing opportunities while considering sustainability and stakeholder needs is critical.
