Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As Manager PDI within the Tractor Department at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will take ownership of the post-delivery inspection processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the PDI operations to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

- Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout all inspection processes.
- Fostering cross-functional communication to support seamless workflow and innovation.

General Experience
- 3 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, quality control, or post-delivery inspection within the automotive or farm equipment sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inspection methodologies, root cause analysis, and quality improvement frameworks.
- Experience in managing cross-departmental projects that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of working in a team-oriented environment and leading initiatives that drive customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and standards prevalent in the farm machinery industry.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver measurable improvements in inspection throughput and accuracy.
Critical Experience
- Critical expertise in post-delivery inspection processes specific to manufacturing operations in the farm machinery division, ensuring alignment with Mahindra’s quality standards.
