Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As a Deputy Manager in Tractor Assembly at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will spearhead efforts to effectively manage and control manufacturing costs by enhancing productivity across the assembly line. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading efforts to analyze market complaints, ensuring timely resolution and proactive monitoring to prevent recurrence.
- Providing dynamic leadership to the Assembly manufacturing team to successfully manage and meet targets related to Product Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale (PQCDSM).
- Coordinating cross-functionally with internal departments, external partners, and vendors to foster collaborative improvement initiatives and streamline production workflows.
- Overseeing new product development processes, including product establishment and smooth transition to mass production phases.
- Implementing and adhering to structured training programs for both workers and staff to enhance skills, safety awareness, and productivity.
- Managing daily manpower requirements while resolving conflicts efficiently to maintain a positive working environment and enhance team morale.
- Inspiring and motivating team members by setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, and conducting performance reviews aligned with organizational objectives.
- Performing gap analyses to identify causes of production losses, quality deviations, and equipment breakdowns, followed by devising corrective action plans.
- Ensuring the synchronization and availability of parts across various tractor models to avoid bottlenecks and support uninterrupted production schedules.
