Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. New Projects execution-

1. DFMEA, Inputs of Lessons learnt, Design reviews-
2. DMU, DFA inputs.
3. EBOM – SAPBOM- PBOM
4. COSTING with coordination with Platform team and Finance.
5. FTG Planning & Execution and installation
6. PFC, PFMEA, CP & SOP’s
7. Critical Equipments like Data Flashing, VAHAN, ARAI Related process knowledge..

2. Productivity Improvement

1. Identification of NVA’s and productivity improvements by Layout changes..
2. Work content reduction projects
3. Process robustness by implementing POKA YOKES, Process controls,
4. Process BOM Validation -Periodically with SCM, Mfg. and Vehicle integration
5. MOST- Certification and Good knowledge on TACT

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Mandatory

General Experience

8+ years in Manufacturing with atleast 4+ experience in Plant Engineering

Critical Experience

1. New Technology- Knowledge and Projects implemented in recent times.
2. AUTO CAD- understanding 3D Drawings & Work on experience
3. SAP MM & PP
